Position 1:   Quality Control Manager


  • First Degree in any of the following: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science Laboratory Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in personal care products.
  • Membership of either: Institute of Science Laboratory, Chartered Chemist of Nigeria, or Institute of Public Analyst of Nigeria will be an added advantage.

Job Description – Responsibility include but not limited to:

  • Complete quality control laboratory operations of the company.
  • Determining and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standard and specifications.
  • Carrying out regular test at specific time to make sure a quality product is produced at any moment of time.
  • Operating and safety maintenance of the Laboratory equipment and accessories.
  • Inspection of quality of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and outgoing finished products.
  • Maintaining a hygienic working condition in the Quality Control Laboratory.
  • Direct and coordinate the company’s quality programme, including CGMP, GLP, ISO Certifications.
  • recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
  • Interacting with Government Agencies like NAFDAC, SON, LASEPA etc. for approval and, other necessary requirement.

Position 2:    Sales Canvassers


  • Minimum of National Diploma in marketing, Business Administration, Accounting Industrial Chemistry, or related courses.

Job Description – Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure a high level of consumer satisfaction by providing quality sales services of our products.
  • Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm.
  • Initiate programs and activities that will drive demand for our new products and command loyalty from our customers.
  • Ensure brand awareness and brand dominance geared towards making the product's household name.

Position 3:    Accountant

The candidate must have at least 5 years progressive experience with the following abilities:

  • Experienced in Cost and Financial Accounting in Manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge and expertise in accounting and financial management
  • Computer literacy and versatile in the use of accounting packages
  • Good inter-personal relationship skill
  • Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills

  • Compilation and analyses of financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
  • Preparation of Management reports

Position 4:    Warehouse Officer

The candidate must have at least 5 years progressive experience in Manufacturing Company with the following abilities:

  • Good knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Inventory Management and good practice of FIFO

Job Descriptions – include but not limited to:

  • Receiving of finished goods from production department and raw & packaging materials from various vendors both local & foreign
  • Raising of necessary documents to authenticate the receipt of raw & packaging materials.
  • Ensure proper arrangement of both raw & packaging materials and finished goods in the store.
  • Updating / maintenance of various store records.
  • Issuing of raw & packaging materials to production & Q.C departments and issuing of finished goods to our distributors & sub distributors.
  • Preparation of daily and weekly stock report and reporting to management of any raw & packaging material that needs to be ordered or purchased in order to avoid stock out.
  • Setting of re-order level and quantity for our raw & packaging materials.
  • Carrying out periodic stock take and stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinating, managing, organizing and planning of all the activities to be carried out by the store department.
  • Ensuring efficient running of the store dept while ensuring that inventory management and control principles are strictly adhered to.


HND or Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or related courses.

Age:     Not more than 40 year.

Position 5:    Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
  • Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls.
  • Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees.
  • Receive visitors and direct them to appropriate office or person.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails.
  • Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
  • Perform basic data entry when needed.
  • Ensure reception area is clean and organized.
  • Notify Security Officer about unescorted guests and emergency situations.
  • Assist in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements and travel bookings.


  • A lady must have a minimum of National Diploma in Mass Communication, English Language and other related courses.
  • Fluency in Spoken English
  • Exceptional customer Service skills and professional telephone manners.
  • Candidates living within Ikeja is an added advantage.

Position 6:    Cook

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
  • Develop recipe and determine how to present dishes
  • Plan menus and ensure the quality of meals
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
  • Train, and supervise cooks.
  • Order and maintain an inventory of food and supplies
  • Ability to cook both local and continental foods


  • Minimum of National Diploma in Nutrition, Food Technology

 Age:    Not more than 40 years.

Position 7:   Trailer Drivers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Convey goods from one part of the country to any part of the country, or desired location using assigned vehicle.
  • Help out in conveying goods from one location to the other within Lagos state
  • Responsible for proper maintenance and effective use of the vehicle


  • Secondary School Certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience
  • Not more than 50 years

Position 8:    Mini-Truck Drivers 


  • Must have good knowledge of Lagos routes and the various markets
  • Conversant with distribution of goods to various markets in Lagos State
  • Ability to drive minimum of 6tons truck
  • Must have valid National Drivers’ License
  • Those living within Ikeja are preferable.
  • Not more than 35 years.
